Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, then arrive within 5–10 business days after that — about 7–14 business days total from order to delivery. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want to check availability, reach out to us and we'll let you know.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link, usually within 24–48 hours. You can also contact us anytime for an order status update.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure checkout options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy — reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you with a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
We're sorry about that! Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll get a replacement or refund sorted out quickly.

What are Sunmara products made from?
Our collection focuses on sustainable, reusable materials — bamboo, wood, and other eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastic kitchen items.

How do I care for bamboo and wood items?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking or putting these items in the dishwasher, as prolonged moisture can warp or crack natural materials.

Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most bamboo and wood products are hand-wash only. Check the individual product description for specific care instructions.
